Tablet sorter

This unit is used after the 'tablet tray handling device', it automatically position the tablets in requisite orientation. Broken tablets are sorted out in the chute from the sorter to the tablet table. The sorter is controlled via the PLC of the filling machine.

This unit replaces the distribution arm used with the tablet table used in the standard fillingmachine arrangement.
